Policies
All facials and chemical peels must be booked via the online booking link. A NON REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is required in order for your appointment to be accepted and booked, and must be paid within 24 hours of your request. Once payment is sent and booking is confirmed, you will receive consultation forms via email.
HydraFacial Keravive is only available as a presale, meaning you must request the treatment and prepay for the services. Once requested, an invoice will be emailed to you and once it is paid, the product will be ordered. When the product arrives, we will notify you to schedule an appointment that works for you. We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable and appointment time is limited.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours to have the non refundable deposit transferred to the new appointment date within 30 days of the original appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours will be required to pay an additional $50 deposit.
No call/no show & appointments cancelled on the day of will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled services. No Exceptions.
All services begin at the time they are scheduled. There is a 10 minute grace period after the start of the service as a convenience to you as the client in the event that you are late. Arrivals after the 10 minute grace period will result in shortened service times at the full service price.
For safety reasons as well as your personal time to disconnect, we kindly ask that no children be brought with you to your appointment.
